What does the matching service cost?
There is no separate charge to you for my agent-matching service. When a referred purchase or sale closes, I receive a referral fee from the receiving agent or brokerage. Your transaction's commissions, closing costs and other expenses are separate.
Do I have to work with the agent you recommend?
No. You decide whether the agent is right for you. The introduction gives you an opportunity to discuss your needs and ask questions before deciding how to proceed.
